Automotive Parts Supply — OEM & Aftermarket
Our electrical components are produced to OE specification for the applications they serve. Reference numbers on our products are used for identification and cross-reference, and every batch ships with traceable production documentation.
What "OEM supply" means here
In the parts trade, "OEM" is used loosely. It can mean a part bought through the vehicle manufacturer's own distribution channel, a part made by the company that supplies that manufacturer, or a part built to the original specification by an independent producer. These are three different things at three different price levels, and a buyer is entitled to know which one is on the table. This page sets out what we supply and how the reference numbers on our products are intended to be used.
Produced to OE specification, not relabelled
Our electrical components — sensors, relays, switches and washer pumps — are produced to the original equipment specification for the applications they serve: matching electrical ratings, connector interface and mounting geometry. Where a part has to match an original in a functional dimension such as an air gap or a contact rating, that dimension is controlled in production rather than left to assembly-time adjustment. We do not sell re-labelled parts of unknown origin: the reference on the label corresponds to the part inside the box.
How reference numbers on our products work
Automotive part numbers serve primarily as an identification and cross-reference system. A reference number is printed on our products and packaging so that a buyer can identify which original part our product is intended to replace. It is not a statement that the product was manufactured by, or under licence from, the vehicle manufacturer, and our products are not presented as the vehicle manufacturer's own branded parts. Where you need a part supplied through the manufacturer's own channel, we will tell you so rather than offer a substitute.
Coverage across vehicle systems
Our range covers electrical and electronic components for the systems most commonly serviced in the aftermarket: engine-management sensors, body and comfort switches, power relays, washer and coolant pumps. We do not claim to supply every part for a vehicle — we supply the categories we can support with reliable reference matching, and we say so when a request falls outside that range.
Batch traceability and documentation
Each batch ships with its production documentation, so a claim can be traced back to the batch that produced the part. Keep the batch label until installation is complete: a claim raised with the batch number and photographs can be assessed directly, whereas one without them can only be assessed by inspecting the returned part, which takes considerably longer.
Before you order: the cross-check
Send us the OE reference from the original part, the VIN or exact model and year, and a photograph of the part together with its connector face. We will confirm the reference and the interface, and flag anything we cannot verify. This step is what separates a reliable supply relationship from a sequence of returns.
Scope and disclaimers
This page describes our general supply practice. Product availability, specification and warranty terms are governed by the quotation and the applicable sales terms for each order. Reference numbers and vehicle makes referred to in our catalogue are used for identification and cross-reference purposes only. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this page should be read as a claim of authorisation, sponsorship or affiliation with any vehicle manufacturer unless expressly stated by us in writing.
