Ordering, Shipping & After-sales FAQ
A roundup of high-frequency questions on MOQ, lead time, shipping and warranty, with support channels.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard MOQ for stocked parts is 200 pieces per item, and orders are placed in package multiples. Custom parts are quoted separately, because tooling and process determine the economic batch size. If you are testing a new market or trialling a supplier, tell us — trial quantities can often be arranged within the standard packaging structure.
What is the lead time?
Stocked items normally ship within 3 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order parts take about 15 to 45 days depending on process, tooling status and quantity. Lead time runs from receipt of the deposit, not from the date of inquiry, so confirm the quotation promptly if you are working to a deadline.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are T/T (bank transfer): 30% deposit with the order and 70% balance before shipment. Other arrangements can be discussed for repeat business. The terms that govern your order are the ones stated on its quotation and invoice.
How do I place an order?
Poworld is a quotation-based platform and there is no direct online checkout. Add the items you need to your inquiry list and submit it; our sales team returns a formal quotation with unit price, MOQ, lead time and shipping terms. Once you confirm the quotation, the order is created and a deposit invoice is issued.
Which shipping terms do you use?
We ship on FOB, CIF or EXW terms per Incoterms 2020, agreed per order. Tell us the destination port or airport at the inquiry stage so that the quotation reflects the correct terms, and confirm who arranges insurance and who bears destination charges before the order is placed.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We supply distributors, wholesalers and repair chains in Europe, the Middle East, Russia, Central Asia, Africa and South America. Documentation requirements differ by market, so mention the destination country with your inquiry — it affects certification lead times and the documents we prepare.
Can I order samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are ordered through the same inquiry-and-quotation process, so you can verify fitment, finish and packaging before committing to a bulk quantity. Sample quantity, cost and freight are confirmed on the quotation.
How do I confirm that a part fits my vehicle?
Send the OE or OEM reference from the original part, the VIN or the exact model and production year, and a photograph of the original part together with its connector or terminal face. Appearance alone is not sufficient: two parts can look identical and still differ in connector keying, output signal or electrical rating. Where we cannot confirm a reference, we will say so rather than ship on assumption.
What warranty applies?
Our parts carry a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. Claims are handled against the batch number, so please keep the packaging or batch label until the parts are installed. Manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge; failures caused by incorrect fitment, misuse, or damage occurring after installation fall outside the warranty. Contact us with the batch number and photographs before returning anything.
What documents do you provide for export?
We provide the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and transport document, and we supply test or QC reports where the order or the destination market requires them. Give us the destination country at the inquiry stage so that any certification requirement is identified before production rather than after.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
Raise it with your usual contact or through the platform as soon as you notice it, including the order number, batch number and photographs. The earlier a discrepancy is recorded, the more options are available: a shortage or damage report raised on arrival can usually be pursued with the carrier, whereas the same report raised weeks later often cannot.
What if my question is not answered here?
Send it to our sales team through the contact page or your usual contact, and we will answer it directly. Commercial terms are set by the quotation, order confirmation and invoice for each order.
